Senior Consultant

Michelle Tetreault, CPA has joined Global Atlantic Partners as a Senior Consultant responsible for the Not-For-Profit practice area. Ms. Tetreault specializes in the compliance, accountability and due diligence required of Not-For-Profit Organizations and their Boards of Directors. She heads up a team of industry trained, experienced accounting professionals providing a full range of accounting and financial management services.

Ms. Tetreault has been partner-in-practice of Michelle Tetreault, CPA in North Andover, Massachusetts. She brings more than 20 years experience in public accounting and the Not-For-Profit segment. She has provided compilation and review, tax preparation, research and planning services to clients in her private practice and has provided "hands-on" services as a consulting controller and chief financial officer to Not-For-Profit schools, social clubs and exempt organizations.

Ms. Tetreault graduated from Boston College School of Management with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She attended the Bentley College Master of Science Program in Taxation.

She was employed in the accounting department of The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts, and in the audit department at Tofias, Fleishman, Shapiro and Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She was a member of the Tax Department at Laventhol and Horwath’s Boston office. She worked on a consulting basis with Ernst & Young in Boston, Tax and Financial Advisors in Lexington, Massachusetts. and JP Katz and Associates in Newton, Massachusetts.

Ms Tetreault served as corporate Treasurer for The Peaked Hill Trust Board of Directors and President, Treasurer and Northeast Regional Director of the American Woman’s Society of CPA’s.
