Susan Bellotti-Delfeld
Director, Human Resource Practice

Susan Bellotti-Delfeld is director of Global Atlantic Partners' Human Resource practice. Ms. Bellotti-Delfeld has sixteen years of diversified experience in domestic and international human resources functions ranging from employee relations, strategic planning, change management, organizational development, downsizing, and staffing to compensation.

Ms. Bellotti-Delfeld previously served as relationship manager at Fleet/Bank Boston, where she managed strategic HR initiatives for several key lines of business. She also held positions as a rewards consultant for domestic and international lines of business and as an international human resources manager. Prior to joining Fleet/Bank Boston, Ms. Bellotti-Delfeld spent ten years at The Boston Company in a series of human resources positions. In her last position at the Boston Company she counseled senior management and implemented numerous initiatives, including strategic downsizing, incentive management, integration, and affirmative action programs.

Ms. Bellotti-Delfeld holds a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College, a certificate in management and administration from Harvard University Extension, and has completed compensation coursework from the University of Michigan Executive Education Program.
