John Kahwaty on Panel for Advanced Risk Management Program

In April 2008, John Kahwaty, Managing Director of Global Atlantic Partners, participated on a panel for the Advanced Risk Management Program that is jointly sponsored by the Risk Management Association (RMA) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania via their Aresty Institute of Executive Education.

The panel addressed the challenges in communicating risk to the external markets. John provided the investor relations perspective drawing on his many years of experience in the banking industry. Program attendees included a group of 30 senior risk executives for large U.S. and international financial institutions.

A spirited discussion took place in light of the turbulence and volatility in the global markets over the past year.
